I'm new to the Quantconnect community and I've started to do some research on the platform. This might be super basic, but I can't work out to request sector data (in python) besides manually grabbing a list of company tickers' and running it through a loop.

Jared Broad Is there GICS sector field in the data that QuantConnect offers? If not, please consider adding it because it's really a standard in investing. Please refer to GICS via these links:

You're right. If going live with this algorithm, based on the FINRA rule for PDT, one must maintain an equity balance of at least $25,000 in a margin account.
