Code doesn't seem to take any trades when on QC paper trading.

Hi Mak K,
Subtle one. The Reader does not set stocks.Value and that attribute is used by the trading engine. Try adding:
stocks.Value = something
Each object return by Reader must represent some stock data. If you want to trade these objects, they must have a Value attribute.
