Hi,
I am trying to understand the functionality of StopMarket Orders. Are they transmitted to the brokerage? Or do they remain within the algorithm until triggered? I'm using Oanda.
I am looking for such a "stoploss" feature to keep my positions safe in case of unexpected algorithm shutdown.

Hi LE,
All orders are sent to the brokerages, so the algorithm shutting down wouldn't affect the stop market orders.
