As our users know, we take a very hands on approach to supporting our community. We want to take that one step further and try something new with our users. Starting on Friday October 30th, our CEO Jared Broad or another member of the QuantConnect staff will be holding “office hours” from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m every Friday. We will be answering any QC related questions you have, whether it be about our infrastructure, navigating the platform, or anything regarding our live trading feature.

Do you have plans to bring the one-on-one tutoring back any time soon? That was really helpful for me in the past, but see you're not currently offering it.

Hi The Dude, we're working on bringing it back sustainably powered by advanced community members who have time to commit to assisting others. Scheduling and billing will be managed by QuantConnect with the community members able to assist with any needs. We're looking for some software to help manage this as it's not something we can sustainably manage by hand.
