Hey Dat,
one option initially would be to do some self learning and experimentation by studying a few good books on the subject.
A recent one is
https://www.packtpub.com/product/learn-algorithmic-trading/9781789348347
This provides a good intro and background, although most of the infrastructure related aspects are covered by LEAN so you don't have to develop that, which helps a great deal.
There are also a lot of other good books on the subject.
I'd suggest to be a bit wary of some of the courses out there.
