I am trying to load in options history and the GetStrikes and GetEpiryDates are returning empty lists. Also the dataframe that is returned is also missing strikes and expiries. I've copied it directly from the tutorial:

I did not mean to send a link, hyperlinks are autogenerated when a period is following by characters without a space. If you could attach a backtest that produces the error mentioned earlier, that would greatly help us identify the problem.
