Try to deactivate the black background because black is used as default color from plots. I cannot change to white use the right bottom icon. Am I missing something?

I'm having the same issue with plots.
Where is the contrast icon? I can't find it.
Dan Root
It is now in Account Settings. Hope this helps.

I reset to the light theme but the theme inside the jupyter notebook is still dark and I can't see text on plots. The notebook background is black and the text on the plots is black. The code text is white. How can I get back to normal white notebook background? The rest of the site is back to light theme.
Greg Kendall
FYI:
Found an answer to this on this site but still would like to get back to normal light theme.
You can change the plot text using code:
Paste those lines of code in your notebook so the legends and axes become visible:

solarizedl is a good light theme for Jupyter:
from jupyterthemes import get_themes
import jupyterthemes as jt
from jupyterthemes.stylefx import set_nb_theme
set_nb_theme('solarizedl')

Hello I changed the them to dark in My Account but the IDE (code area) remains light. How can this be changed?
