When trying to download GDAX data with the ToolBox, I get the error:
20200522 18:08:03.270 ERROR:: GDAXDownloaderProgram.GDAXDownloader(): System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Initial searches tell me this is related to the TLS protocol used, but I was hoping someone else had some insight before I dug in any deeper.

Hi Nicholas,
although I didn't find any note about this on the Coinbase website, they might be requiring a more recent security protocol (e.g. TLS 1.2) which is not supported natively by NET Framework 4.5.2.
We recently upgraded LEAN to NET Framework 4.6.2 which does support these newer protocols.
I just ran the GDAXDownloader with the current master branch and had no issues.
Maybe you're running old LEAN binaries?
