I want to give the orders generated by on of my strategies the full Data Science treatment. Since uploading the orders from my disk using

Hey Filib,
Since you can't read files from your disk on the IDE, you can upload the CSV file to dropbox and then download that data and extract it to a pandas dataframe. You can also analyze the data from your disk in a local Jupyter notebook.
