I'm currently looking for the MaximumUnrealizedProfitPercentPerSecurity module to try to modify it to take profit on 50% of the position vs. close the entire position. But I've been curious if there's a location where these modules are stored so I can study them to improve my own framework understanding.

You can find all the files in the Lean github. If you are looking for a specific file, hit the Find File button near Clone or download, then search for that file by name.
You can access the framework modules here, and there you can find MaximumUnrealizedProfitPercentPerSecurity.
