Please take a look at the EmaCrossUniverseSelectionAlgorithm.py example. It shows how to combine Universe Selection and Indicators.
Basically, we need to create a class that will hold all the indicators and consolidators that we define for one security in Initilialize in the single security algorithm you have presented. When new securities are added, we will create a new instance of that class for each one and save it to a dictionary keyed by the security Symbols.
