I am getting this issue right now after I switched my Lean version from master to 2.2.0.2

Hi Peter you must use master for now. We've made a major server migration and earlier versions will no longer work (version 445 and above). We'll soon force everyone off 2.2.0.2 to the master build (which is better anyway)
