Im using rolling window for the MACD indicator and its giving me 3 index with the same time but different values. Is this because the values changed during that time period? And which data point would be best to use to measure against the current MACD data value.

Hi Tom - an example code snippet would be helpful here. But without context, I suspect the 3 different values you see are the Fast, Slow and Signal values - if you're unsure what these are, please take a look at how the MACD is calculated. Otherwise, please provide us with a code snippet and we'll figure out what's going on!
