Hi - if you're looking for help developing an algorithm from scratch I recommend you use one of the freelance coding job portals and advertise your job there.
If you want to get started with QuantConnect, I'd recommend starting with a few Bootcamp modules and then moving on to reading the example algorithms available in the GitHub repo.
