You might want to try a hard refresh. Here are some instruction about how to perform a hard refresh.
If that still does not work for you, could you please share what OS and browser you are using, and what version they are? Moreover, the console log could be very helpful for us to debug. Here is how to access it:
1. Right click on the grey area where the editor should be, and select "inspect".
2. In the DevTools that pops out, select "Console" tab
3. Send the logs in the "Console" tab to us by following up this post.
