At the top of the community forum should be somewere between "Interesting | Newest | Lean | Data Issues"
one menu point where frequently asked question are listed like: "how to close a order" or others stuff which are to much for the documentation. maybe with some links to some posts.what do you think?the order management question comes up every week and there were soo many posts but people cant find it sometimes. but maybe it is too much work to keep it up to date.

I thought the "accepted answer" feature and the ability to upvote answers was meant to turn the forums into an SO-styled curated list of frequently asked questions?
If anything, I think a sophisticated "similar questions" automated search when posting a new thread should be present, thereby encouraging people to read previous forum posts before posting a new one.

yeah that would be the optimal solution douglas but someone has to delevop that stuff. It seems QC uses own software not phpbb or vbulletin or the million other nice forum software stuff (xenforo,...) we are used to.
