I am new to the platform and just learning the API basics. I am wondering if there is some kind of presistent storage which I can use to store and retrive data for the algo? Lets say the algo is stopped and the restarted at a later date I'd like to retrive some information about what it did the last time it run, would that be possible?

There is nothing like this available right now. Your best bet would be to e-mail this data to yourself through Notify.Email() when the algo closes and then re-incorporate it back into the algorithm by either Download() or pasting it in plaintext into a string which you can then parse.

Hi Konrad:
Currently we don’t support presistent storage feature. We've already built this feature and are looking for the best way to deploy it.
And thanks Douglas for providing those great work-arounds. We could use them before the presistent storage feature is officially published.
