I found the autocomplete works well in C#, but doesn't work in Python. Is this the design of QuantConnect? Or something wrong with my browser?

Hi Mark.
The autocomplete feature is currently only available on C#. We are aiming to build a Python autocomplete for the cloud soon but local basic autocomplete works in VS for Python.

Still not working when i use Chrome, even though Safari is work but it take long time.Â

Basically the lean local install for python does not have the same intellisense as c# . Feeling abit silly after spending a week trying to figure out that's wrong with my lean install.. Should have read the forum better...Â
Initially my plan was to install local lean . Thinking that it has python intellisense.. Etc and use skylight to sync and run back test.. what a bummer..
I really hope QC team come up with a wrapper .. the web ide intellisense is slow or buggy.. And with local install supporting intellisense for c# only.. python users are left with poor choices

Sorry about that Vincent. We're working on it, there are about 100,000 lines of code to write but we're slowly getting there. We're completely committed to Python as more than 80% of the community code in it. It will be perfectly supported soon.Â
