How do I go about getting RSI to be another resolution other than daily? I want to be able to trade during the day rather than on market open. I am also having the same issues with the MACD and bollinger bands as indicators. Thanks.

The issue with your algorithm is due to the statement:
if data.Bars.ContainsKey("SPY") or data.Bars.ContainsKey("IEF"): returnIn your algorithm, you don't need to check whether those keys are in the data.Bars object, but, if you want to, the right statement would be:
if not (data.Bars.ContainsKey("SPY") and data.Bars.ContainsKey("IEF")): returnsince you probably want both symbols in the data object and not none of them, right?
