I am trying to build lean on Windows 7 using Vidual Studio 2017 community version. I got one error and lots of warnings:
"Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
Error Couldn't process file WinForms\LeanWinForm.resx due to its being in the Internet or Restricted zone or having the mark of the web on the file. Remove the mark of the web if you want to process these files. QuantConnect.Views"
My system do have the NuGet package already installed.
When I try to run it by pressing F5, I get lots of 'script errors' and exceptions thrown.

I had the same error. You need to go to the file Lean\UserInterface\WinForms\LeanWinForm.resx and right-click the file in Windows Explorer, select Properties, and along the bottom of this dialog, you should have an "Unblock" option and then rebuild the solution.
