How come no data is being returned if I make a request for VIX futures history in a notebook?

We are looking into the issue, it is related with missing data (open interest data) that may not be relevant to a history request. I will keep you updated it on the issue.

Is there any news on this issue? I'm attempting to perform the same notebook and its still returning an empty dataframe
