What does the timestamp on the log output for debugging mean? I've noticed it is different from the time recorded through the self.Time attribute. I am using the default New York Timezone.

What does the timestamp on the log output for debugging mean? I've noticed it is different from the time recorded through the self.Time attribute. I am using the default New York Timezone.
