Hello,
I've followed the instructions found here: https://www.quantconnect.com/blog/use-api-file-provider/, but I can't put data in my library because, unlike the video, when I select the symbol there isn't any download panel on the right side of the page.
What am I missing?

Only some data is available for download. I was confused a bit at first too, but if you don't see a download button then that's because it's not available for free download. When you develop locally (as far as I can tell), you don't have as much access to the free data compared to running your algo from the Algorithm Lab.
Edit: For example, you should see an 'Add to Cart' button here:

Hi Paolo,
The terms of our deals with data vendors allow us to provide it for free use in the IDE but we aren't allowed to provide it for free download. If you have a free/another data source that you want to use locally then I would suggest reading about how to import custom data with LEAN here.
