I've created a rough stock rotation algorithm but it doesn't seem to purchase the stock. Is there anything wrong with it? I really appreciate any help.

After the initialization none of the other methods are called. The solution in the link fixes the issue and should provide guidance for this situation as well. After a quick look it seems that there will might be some mismatching of types as well. When trying to figure out why an algorithm isn't working, self.Debug() becomes a useful tool. It can print out to the console and help track the coding logic to find errors. The link below will provide further documentation on its uses.
