Hi ! Im trying to use ETHEUR market on GDAX, and im setting USD to zero, as i having trouble with Cashbook's.
Seetting USD Cash to zero gives me the alert below. Is it okay or it might raise future issues ?

If instead of Zero, i set USD to 1$... The algo runs, but it gets quite confused with Cashbook's
SetCash("USD", 1, Portfolio.CashBook["USD"].ConversionRate);USD should always be Zero as Instrument is ETHEUR

In case i dont SetCash for USD, and only for EUR and ETH, the Portfolio seems to set 100.000$ by default.
