When you get data.Time from the onData function - which timezone is the time in? Eastern? GMT?

Based on the data I am seeing now, it looks like it's PST. Not sure why this is as I thought I read somewhere that they have their servers right next to FXCM, which I assume is in NY. ?
I am CST and compared data in my algo to my chart on my Think Or Swim and 12PM lined up with 2PM CST, which is Pacific.
Would appreciate confirmation.. and best practices to switch/convert timezone.
