I've tried today again. When I try to open or create a new Resaerch from my company, it takes very long and at the end I got error that the page is not reachable. But when I do the same at home, there is no problem.
I am sure it's because the proxy. But I don't have such a problem by QuantOpian. Soemone know how to solve such a probelm?

Since I will have vocation next week, I will give you info about my proxy after that. Furthermore: I use the google chrome both in the office and at home.
I've also tied other browsers like IE and Fiireforx, the same.
