Experiencing post-only errors for IBKR MOO orders; disabling post-only doesn't help.

Post-Only Error from IBKR for MOO Orders

Hi, sorry posting this again cause the automated answer doesn't seem to solve the problem. I am getting ‘post-only’ errors for MOO orders from IBKR with a standard self.market_on_open_order(self.symbol, self.quantity) line. I have tried turning post-only off as well but this doesn't seem to work.
