How do we conver the time stamps into a time with tick data from fxcm?
We can only download by the day?

The first column from our tick, second and minute data is "milliseconds from midnight". Since the data file has the date, we just need to read the date form the file name and add the milliseconds from the first column.
We can only download by the day using the web interface. However, we can download using the API.
