Why isn´t it no longer possible to upload a compiled algorithm instead of having to copy / paste code within the UI and compile from there?
Any plans to re-enable such a feature?
I´d rather want to work exclusively within my own IDE :)

Unfortunatelly, this feature will not be re-enabled. It was just another layer of complexity to the product that few people were using. For those who prefer exclusively within their IDE, there is a new backtesting pluggin. Please check it out:
