I have bought a researcher seat and research engine node and I am still seeing this even if I run a very basic operation, could you please tell me why it is constantly “Pending” and how to resolve it?

Update Environment: If your configuration is outdated, update the research environment to the latest version. You can do this by running the command with the
--updateoption to force an update.Inspect Logs: Review the logs for any error messages or warnings that might indicate why the environment is stuck in a pending state. This can provide clues about what might be going wrong.
Network and Permissions: Ensure there are no network issues or permission restrictions that might be preventing the research environment from initializing. Check your firewall and network settings.

Hi, Checked everything. But stil unable to resolve it. I am using the online environment and jupyter notebook. I tried raising ticket but it seems I don't have any quotas for ticket. Could you please help me with this?
