Is anyone else currently having issues when trying to deploy backtests? My live trading node is working fine but my back tests seem to not be deploying. The backtests are Requesting for well over 2 minutes and never begin launching.

To address Akira's issue with backtest deployment, here are some steps and considerations based on the information from the QuantConnect API and documentation:
Initialization Check: Ensure that your algorithm is correctly initialized. You can check for initialization errors using the
has_initialize_error
property. Make sure that all necessary components like start and end dates, cash, and data subscriptions are set up in theinitialize
method.Backtest Dates: Verify that your backtest start and end dates are correctly set using the
backtest_start
andbacktest_end
properties. Ensure they are within the supported range and correctly formatted.Node Configuration: Check if there are any issues with the backtest node configuration. The
node_name
property should be correctly set to ensure the backtest is deploying on the right node.Progress Monitoring: Use the
progress
property to monitor the backtest progress. If it is stuck, there might be an issue with the deployment process or the algorithm code.Log Examination: Review the backtest logs for any error messages or warnings. These logs can provide insights into what might be causing the deployment issue.
Restart or Change Node: Consider restarting the backtest or deploying it on a different node to see if the issue persists.
Contact Support: If the problem continues, contact QuantConnect support with details of the issue, including any error messages and the steps you have taken to troubleshoot.
By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve the issue with your backtest deployment. If you need further assistance with specific code or configuration, feel free to ask!

These algorithms were testing Fine in the past and up until some hours ago. So it's not an algorithm specific issue.

Hi Akira
Can you please share a backtest (you can turn all code snippets into string) for further assistance? Thank you!
Best
Louis
