I need clarification on costs:
if you follow the Live wizard, you see for example:
plus $20 of prime menbership; so cost is confusing as mention $25 of prime subscription in the VPS description... how it works?

Sorry about the confusion. It is a typo: we should read 20 instead of 25.
When you subscribe for $20/mo, you get a 512 server.
If you need/want a better server, you need to pay another $40. It is a great deal, since we are talking about a colocated server in Equinix.
