QuantConnect has a community of developers who might be interested in collaborating on algorithm development. You can post your request in the QuantConnect forum to reach out to them.
Additionally, QuantConnect offers support services for writing algorithms in C# and Python. You can check out their support upgrades for more details.
If you need help with Python, there are example algorithms available in the QuantConnect GitHub repository.
Remember, building an algorithm isn't a simple task and it's recommended to commit for at least a 3-month period.
