Random Error when running backtest on Quantconnect cloud

I believe its an issue with Object Store access / access permission?

Has the Object Store permission model been updated recently? 

This issue really pops now very frequently after the Object Store interface upgrade and really really frequently after the encryption update.

How can we reproduce the issue?
We have received a similar report where the QuantConnect member was using Scheduled Events with Action (C# method):

            Action(self.InvalidUpdateVwap))

        self.vwap = self.VWAP(symbol, 10)

    def InvalidUpdateVwap(self):
        self.vwap.Update(self.Time, 100)

If we remove Action:

        self.Schedule.On(
            self.DateRules.EveryDay(symbol),
            self.TimeRules.AfterMarketOpen(symbol, 10),
            self.InvalidUpdateVwap)

We can see the correct exception message. The Action method was used more than five years ago, so I'd like to know from where the members of our community are getting this example.

If it's not your case, please provide an example we can use to address the problem.

In my case, i don't use the Action method.

But, Object Store access has become increasing unstable ever since the web browser interface had been introduced. About a month ago, I have only encounter a few times a week. More recently, I am having this problem more than 10 times 1 day.

I don't know how to re-produce this as my code would run sometimes to completion and sometimes die because of object store access failure (invalid key). The best I can help is that It seems that this issue affects exclusively objects not stored under the {project_id} of the current project.
