The brokerages that we support (see list here) do not trade on Bitcoin exchanges.
However you can backtest and paper trade strategies with Bitcoin.
Please checkout the docs in the Importing Custom Data section and/or this example.

I was asking because bitcoin trading is actually where I come from and I remember Jared mentioning somewhere that this had been done as a weekend project. QC / LEAN would pretty much blow any competing platforms there out of the water.
Just to make sure, wiring up a locally run LEAN with a Rest-Api would be the way to go about it, right?

Right, Andreas.
If a brokerage that enables bitcoin trading has a REST-API, anyone could implement it through IBrokerage interface. The developer can checkout the other implementations for inspiration. Finally, the developer can submit a PR if he/she wants to share his/her work.

I have been trading BTC (and other crypto) in my fork of LEAN since early 2016:

Currently have support for cash and margin accounts on Bitfinex and OKCoin exchanges. There is some interest in merging this into the main QC build, but it necessitates extensive changes to allow decimal amounts, which is an open PR.

I should add that both brokerage implementations use websockets for many operations, so are quite efficient compared to REST-only integrations.

Bitcoin price is integrating or combining in a short-term triangle pattern as traders are holding out for a fresh batch of market catalysts in the upcoming quarter. Bitcoin price forecast can prove that how bitcoin prices will be higher or lower in this 2017. Here are some points listed.
1. An upside breakout could have signal that bitcoin price is for more gains while a downside break could leave room for more losses.
2. Price nearing to the peak of its formation so a breakout could be due soon.
3 .Bitcoin price has formed lower highs and higher lows on its short-term time frame, creating a symmetrical triangle consolidation pattern.
