Hi,
I have a problem that when I read RHS and RCD data in OnData after June 6, 2023 the data is not updated. Other symbols work fine and daily on RHS and RCD works fine too but I need Hour for my algo.
I know the data is there in the dataset and if I do it is the research environment it appears ok.
What could be causing this problem? I would use minute data and consolidate into Hour but unfortunately it is not available for these symbols.
Any help will be very appreciated.

it seems that RHS changed to RSPS and RCD to RSDP(link)
“Effective on Tuesday June 6, 2023 the Fund’s ticker changed from RHS to RSPS. No other changes were made to the Fund. See the prospectus for more information.”

“Effective at the close of markets on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, the Fund ticker changed for EWCO to RSPC; RHS to RSPS; RYE to RSPG; RYF to RSPF; RTM to RSPM; RYT to RSPT; RYU to RSPU; RCD to RSPD; RYH to RSPH; RGI to RSPN and EWRE to RSPR. No other changes were made to the Fund. See the prospectus for more information. ”
Maybe QC sees them as new tickers because normally the system changes it itself. Or it might also be a bug. I'm not sure how the change of tickers of ETF are treated

Never occurred to me that they would change and the fact that they still have data in the Data Explorer threw me off completely.
