I have no brokerage model set on my algorithm but it appears to be using the Interactive Brokers model of $0.005 per share, is that correct? Is there any way to turn off commissions?
Are commissions charged on the split-adjusted shares/prices? For example, if I place an order of AAPL in 2000ish, the share price was $100 but the adjusted price is $1. If I want $10,000 worth, that would have been 100 shares but adjusted = 10,000 shares. So the per adjusted share commission is 100x what it should have been, unless that is accounted for somewhere.
