I like to deploy to live.

When I tried to add live node, it says it requires at least one researcher seat.

So, I purchased researcher seat along in the morning.

Then, in the evening I tried to purchase live node, it asks additional “Researcher” seat although I have already researcher seat.

It doesn't allow me to check out.

Is this a bug? Or for each live node, it requires additional researcher seat along with the node?

I put this explanation in “Contact us” page and click “Send Message” button. I cleared out the message and did nothing. No confirmation and no email for the message. It seems it's broken.

I'm not sure someone can help here, but please help.
