I'm trying to find the best way to deploy an algorithm as a webjob in azure, but there is no guidance for this. Have someone done this?

Welcome Patricia! Thats a fascinating idea! Following along this tutorial might help - you'd just need to make sure to use a datafeed from your brokerage and submit all the configuration you need with the webjob zip file.
You wouldn't have charting as a web job so you'd probably want to make sure you have detailed logging as well. Alternatively we provide free live trading for FXCM and Oanda through QuantConnect! Might want to just use us instead :)
