Hi,
What time is close time for daily trade bar?
I made an experiment with SPY equity. Its close price at market close time (16:00) does not match with daily trade bar close price for the same date.

Getting the same issue - says close is defiend as open price plus timeSpan - but what is TimeSpan?

Hi Hugo,
If subscribing to Daily resolution equity data, then the close time will be listed at 00:00 the next day. However, if you subscribe to finer resolution data such as hourly and log the data times, you'll see that the data actually ends at 16:00, or US/Eastern Market Close time. The Close price for a Daily bar is simply the Close price at 16:00.

Thanks for letting me know! But irrespective of the resolution, the close price of a tradebar is still the same right?
