According to the upper url I have some questions:
1. The free plan has no lean cli ability but I can run the lean commands such as “lean backtest xxx” or “lean cloud backtest xxx” successfully. What do you mean actually?
2. The free plan has no API Access. What's it ?

Use QuantConnect's API to create projects, run backtests and read backtest results.
3. According to old youtube videos, there was “lean gui” to show the plotting result of backtesting but it was deprecated since 2019. When you run “lean gui start” it says there is a VScode extension to replace it. Can we see the plot result locally via this extension?

Hi Ricky, there isn't a way to chart your backtest results locally besides generating a report via “lean report”, but this doesn't contain the gui you see online, just the downloadable pdf report. You can load the backtest output json and chart it in the the research environment, but there isn't any good navigation, nor charting or libraries for Jupyter compared to javascript for example, so you might end up with a long research notebook with confusing navigation going that route. There is a new local development environment in beta, you can ask about on the discord channel.
