Oanda backtests don't take into account financing costs and divident adjustments. Is this planned? At least for financing it should be pretty straightforward as Oanda ads financing costs each day after trading closes according to their pricing.
Depending on the algorithm, it can be a pretty big influence on the accuracy of backtest results.

We do not have margin fee implemented by default, but you might implement a custom margin interest rate model. Follow this doc for more details.
