I trade based on a moving average. A sell was definitely supposed to happen this morning at open, 01-30-23 and did not. Anybody having similar issue?

Yes same issue. Nothing is updating. Unrealized, Equity, holdings etc are all stuck. They were all working as expected last week,

got same issue too, all securities are not updating, I am using paper live trading from quantconnect.

OK good, I've been struggling this morning to figure out what I messed up on my code as none of the logs were working on my algo. Probably just the data feed issue then. I'm glad because I would have had a loss today lol lucky me!
