The Coding-Environtment section of the docs is out of date. it mentions MonoDevelop which is dead and the LEAN-Getting Started Tutorial link is pointing to topic13 and I think it should point to topic14.
If the docs are open sourced I'd be glad to create a pull request to try to fix it.

Putting the docs under version control would seem to be a good idea. Let me know what you decide and what you'd like me to do.
IIRC, there was a bad link in one of the University examples, are they open sourced and under VC?
