Hi everyone,
I'm live-trading a strategy and I recently got the following error message after the trading day ended:
Brokerage Info: Request Account Data Sending Error
I have a 2 questions:
- Is this error something to be concerned about? Since my live-trading algorithm didn't stop and it occurred after the market was closed, I assume that it doesn't affect it too much
- Is there a way to stop this error?

Hi Derek,
I contacted support and it turns out to be scheduled down times on IBKR's side, which happens daily at around 11:45 pm UTC.

Li Cheng Do you need to redeploy your algo? or you just let it run? I seem to have that error, after trading day. But it didnt stop my algo from running.

You just need to let it run, if you have “Automatically restart algorithm” enabled, then it will redeploy itself without any input needed. Keep in mind to update any important information you've stored in your algorithm in object store to retrieve it later on when it gets redeployed.
