I have seen a few posts regarding TD Ameritrade integration but it is not clear if it is fully supported. I don't see that as one of the Brokerage Option in Lean. Can someone please confirm?

Have you considered Integration with Trade Station as well? They offer Zero commissions on option contracts up to a certain no of contracts for large platforms like quant connect. They also support futures trading through API unlike TD Ameritrade. I believe there is code available already on GitHub that can be readily integrted with Lean CLI.
