Hi,
The pricing page: https://www.quantconnect.com/pricing
seems to automatically add my current plan to the shopping cart. When I try to remove it , it looks like it will refund me. So is this saying I must purchase at least a month of my current plan with whatever else I am purchasing? If I remove it, refunding it implies it will cancel my plan for the remainder of the period I've paid for.

The way I understand it, when you change your subscription parameters, you will get a new subscription starting with current date and your previous subscription is prorated, so for example if you had $10/month and half of month is passed already, you get $5 transfered on your purchase. And the next pay date will be shifted accordingly. That is why you can see that you are only charged $1.96, I am guessing you have only used 6 days or so of your monthly subscription, so if you checkout now, you will pay $1.96 to shift your pay date 6 days in the future ;)
