I've upgraded lean as of today. Using lean, version 1.0.103. I receive the following when trying to connect from VSCode 1.70.1 on Ubuntu 20.04. This was an issue in Aug 2021 which was resolved via upgrading lean. This solution does not work. How to resolve?
