Has anyone encountered the issue whereby generating a report from a backtest just gets stuck on “processing”. Since the start of the week all of my report requests just get held on “processing” regardless how long I wait. Has anyone experienced similar?

It could be a temporary API issue. Please try to refresh the browser and retry on the same backtest. Otherwise, rerunning the backtest would solve that.

Thanks for responding Louis. Unfortunately it seems to happen in both chrome and edge, and on any backtest even tutorial ones.

Thank you for your report.
The Report generator might have raised an exception.
I was able to reproduce two different cases:
Report Generator FormatException Due to non-USD Capacity #6531
Report Generator KeyError Exception Due to Missing Color Mapping #6532
Please subscribe for updates. Please attach a backtest if your algorithm doesn't fall in these categories.
